Brianna started with Special Olympics Texas with the Mansfield ISD Special Olympics Texas program in 2004. She was introduced to Special Olympics through fellow athletes that she already knew. She won Area 11 Female Athlete of the Year while with the Mansfield ISD All-Stars.

When she is not competing she loves to work at a local elementary school cafeteria and volunteers for various activities with her church. She enjoys Special Olympics as it has increased her social skills and confidences. She enjoys spending time with the friends that she has met as well.
